When your thesis is done you hand in hand in 4 copies (only 3 copies if you belong to the Faculty of Social Sciences) at the information desk at the University Library. If you are a PhD candidate at the faculty for humanities and theology you hand in your copies to the faculty administration.
When turning in the copies, please check that the loose leaf is in place in each copy. At the University Library you will receive a receipt to hand over to the secretary office at your faculty.
You can hand in your thesis during all of the University library´s opening hours (see them in the link below).
