There can be several reasons, for example:

  • Your library account may have expired. If so, you need to visit a library and get your account updated. You can also mail info@ub.lu.se to do this.
  • Your account might be blocked. If you have 100 SEK or more in overdue fines, your account will be blocked and you need to pay your fines before you can borrow more books. Your account will also be blocked if you have a book that is so late that we need to bill you for it. When you have paid the invoice you can continue to borrow our books.

Also have in mind that all books cannot be requested. You cannot request text books, or books from one library for pick up at the same library where it is available.
