To be able to use the electronic wallet PayEx (which students can use to pay for printing and copying at the University Library) you first need to register an account.
Please note! Employees at Lund University don't need to register an account.
When you have registered you need to transfer money via MasterCard, VISA, Swedbank or Nordea (at least 100 SEK) and connect your student account with the PayEx-account (a manual is available here). Please note that you need to be connected to the university network when connecting the accounts (either through sitting directly at campus and using WebLogon or Eduroam or through the VPN-service).
Please note! If you are an exchange or international student and haven't got a Swedish personal number PayEx requires you to send them a copy of your ID plus letter of acceptance/study certificate. After this has been done, PayEx will activate the account within 24 hours.
After you have done the tasks described above you can print and copy at the University Library (please choose the printer "Secure Print" if printing). To be able to get the print-outs you log on to the printer with your LU-card (or LUCAT-identity if you are an employee) and you can then retrieve your prints or copies.
