It is possible to place yourself in a queue for books that are out on loan and a queue-button does automatically appear in Lovisa if a book is out.

When you click on the queue-button you will be asked to login to your Lovisa-account.

After you have logged in you will be asked to chose at which library you want to pick up the book when it has arrived.

After you have chosen pick-up-location you need to confirm that you want to place yourself in queue.

When you have confirmed that you want to place yourself in the queue it is possible to check your place by going to your account and checking the tab "Requests" (please note that you also will receive an email when the book has arrived and it is your turn).

If there are several copies of the book that are lent out you will receive the first arrived book when it's your turn.
