You pay the fee for late returns to the library where it was incurred. When it comes to books borrowed from the Campus Helsingborg Library, it is also possible to pay the fee to the Social Sciences Faculty Library in Lund. Note that the method of payment may vary between libraries: some only accept card while some only accept cash.
