When your thesis is done you hand in hand in 3 copies at the information desk at the University Library (from the 1/1 2023 this applies to all faculties). If you are a PhD candidate at the faculty for humanities and theology you hand in your copies to the faculty administration.
When turning in the copies, please check that the loose leaf is in place in each copy. At the University Library you will receive a receipt to hand over to the secretary office at your faculty.
You can hand in your thesis during all of the University library´s opening hours (see them in the link below).
The copies can also be sent by post or turned in by the Book drop box on the west side of the University library.
