There are two pinboards at UB: one in the foyer (the "big" pinboard) and one at the entrance of Tegnérsalen (the "small" pinboard).

       Putting up posters:

The big pinboard is for public use. Individuals put up their own posters.

The small pinboard is only for messages regarding Lund university or the student unions (one of these has to be co-host or sponsor). Individuals hand in their posters at the information desk. The poster is then reviewed and (if approved) put up by staff. Posters put up on the small pinboard by individuals will be taken down.

       Removal of posters:

The first Monday morning of the month the big pinboard is cleared of all posters.

Posters are removed from the small pinboard when they have expired.

Please note that all material containing messages of hate or violence will be taken down immediately.
